Shipments purchased by Courier have a delivery time of 48/72 hours. (except if the material is from an external warehouse, which could take up to 7/10 days) and 96/120 hours. For outside the peninsular national territory, if due to any unforeseen stock breakage this period were to vary, the customer would be informed.
Shipments purchased by Correos, either to Office or Home, have a delivery time of no less than 72 hours. (except if the material is from an external warehouse, which could take up to 7/10 days minimum)
Items with "Free Shipping" will be sent by slower means, with shipping not taking more than 5 days unless it comes from an external warehouse.
If after a reasonable period of time you do not have news of the order, please send an email so that we can inform email@example.com of the status of the shipment.
