SHIPPING

Shipments purchased by Courier have a delivery time of 48/72 hours. (except if the material is from an external warehouse, which could take up to 7/10 days) and 96/120 hours. For outside the peninsular national territory, if due to any unforeseen stock breakage this period were to vary, the customer would be informed.

Shipments purchased by Correos, either to Office or Home, have a delivery time of no less than 72 hours. (except if the material is from an external warehouse, which could take up to 7/10 days minimum)

Items with "Free Shipping" will be sent by slower means, with shipping not taking more than 5 days unless it comes from an external warehouse.

If after a reasonable period of time you do not have news of the order, please send an email so that we can inform info@elcortenautico.com of the status of the shipment.

 
RETURNS

*** IMPORTANT. ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY ERROR (SIZE, WEIGHT, COLOR ETC...), WILL BE ISSUED A VOUCHER FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OR EXCHANGE FOR OTHER ITEMS. FOR ANOTHER REASON, THE USUAL RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED.

***Returns have a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the order.

*** Returns will have a 10% restocking charge.

***The return of an item expressly ordered for the client, and accepted in a timely manner by the latter, cannot be accepted.

***Marine engines (outboards) will under no circumstances be able to be returned.

*** The customer must always check the status of the package when it arrives at its destination. If something is not to their satisfaction, they must notify both the carrier and us.

*** Return shipping will always be the responsibility of the customer.
WARRANTY

*** Products have a 3-year warranty (not including wear parts), except for some products that may be between 3 and 5 years old.
